Last updated 5 November 2026. I keep this portfolio up to date, and I update this policy whenever the site changes. Written in plain English: what this site collects, why, and what you can ask for.
Who is responsible
This website belongs to Wovie Prollo, an independent consultant based in Butuan City, Philippines. Contact: wovieprollo42@gmail.com.
Booking a call
Calls are booked in the Calendly calendar on this site. The details you enter there, such as your name, email and answers, go to Calendly and to me.
Why it is collected
Only to prepare for and hold our call and, if we work together, to plan the project.
Your details are never sold, never added to a mailing list without your consent, and never sent to an AI service.
How long it is kept
Booking details and messages are kept while we are in contact and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask me to delete them sooner.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies. If Google Analytics is switched on, it loads only after you choose “Allow”, and it counts page views and button clicks. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be cleared at any time by clearing site data.
The booking calendar (Calendly) and some videos (Google Drive) are embedded from those services, which follow their own privacy policies.
Interactive demonstrations
The demos in the case studies run entirely in your browser with synthetic data. Anything you type into them is not sent or stored.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.
Your choices
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by emailing wovieprollo42@gmail.com. I reply within one business day.
