The client’s problem
Incoming HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance requests required manual review and assignment, delaying response times.
What I built
A Zapier workflow that receives maintenance requests, logs and cleans the data, uses AI to classify the issue, and routes it to the appropriate maintenance team. Built an AI-assisted triage flow with category-specific paths that creates the correct Asana work order, notifies the responsible Slack channel, and confirms receipt by email.
The outcome
Each request is sorted to the right team as an Asana work order with a Slack alert, and the requester gets an email confirming it was received.
