The client’s problem
Voice leads needed immediate qualification and booking, but manual calendar checks and CRM updates slowed response and allowed high-intent prospects to drop off.
What I built
An n8n workflow that connects a voice agent to lead scoring, calendar availability, appointment booking, lead records, and sales notifications. Created webhook-driven n8n flows that normalize appointment details, check and create Google Calendar events, save leads to Airtable, score intent, and notify sales when a lead is hot.
The outcome
Voice leads are scored, booked into the calendar and saved in Airtable automatically, and hot leads reach sales in Slack right away.
