The client’s problem

Good leads had to wait for someone to find a free time, book the call and send the confirmations by hand.

What I built

When the lead is a good fit, the bot shows open times from the GoHighLevel calendar and books the call right in the chat. The lead gets a confirmation by SMS and email, with any helpful files, before they even close the chat.

The outcome

Calls are booked right in the chat, and the lead has the SMS and email confirmations before they even close it.
