What I built
A conversational AI agent that responds to Facebook Page DMs using a curated business knowledge base. Webhooks pass incoming messages to a Gemini-powered AI Agent grounded on the business FAQ, replying instantly through the Meta API.
The outcome
Routine DMs about pricing, hours and availability get an instant answer from the business FAQ, so people spend their time on real opportunities.
