What I built
A single form submission triggers 10 automated workflows covering lead classification, inspection booking, contract signing, deposit invoicing, follow-up sequencing, and monthly performance reporting, with zero manual follow-up required at any stage.
The outcome
Eliminated manual lead follow-up entirely across all 10 pipeline stages. The team only touches two things: filling in inspection findings and sending contracts to the client. Everything else runs automatically from first form submission to Won.
