The client’s problem

Finance manually exported Xero reports each week, formatted them, and shared with ops, creating delays and version-control issues.

What I built

A finance-to-ops bridge that pulls account transactions from Xero on a schedule and delivers structured CSV reports in Asana for review. An automated workflow pulls transactions from the Xero API, formats them into a clean CSV, and attaches the file in Asana so reviewers can act immediately.

The outcome

Transactions arrive in Asana as a clean CSV on a schedule, so nobody exports or formats the reports by hand.
